Program
Vehicles will arrive in Marzaglia (Mo) airport on Monday (September 8th), Tuesday (September 9th) will be dedicated to complete photo/videoshooting of all coaches. On Wednesday (September 10th) morning, presentations of the coaches in the airport hangar, followed by walk around and Q&A session. In the afternoon, starting of test drives. In the evening, on the adjoining racing circuit Autodromo di Modena, acceleration and brake tests.
On Thursday (September 11th), test drives on a 424 km route, between Emilia-Romagna, Liguria and Tuscany.
Detailed draft program can be found on page 2 of this invitation. Jury has to be provided with technical details of the bus including basic price and price of test vehicle.

For questions about logistics and local details, please contact Italian jury member Gianluca Ventura (gventura@fiaccola.it). Overnight parking of coaches is expected to be available at the airport.
About the jury
The jury was founded in 1989, Bus and Coach of the Year Jury is independent, non-profit organisation, driven by a team of experienced bus and coach journalists from 24 European countries. After the test articles will be published in more than 24 well-known trade magazines all over Europe.

Costs
As independent jury we kindly ask participants for a small contribution of 1.000 euro to help the jury covering organisational costs as: venues rent, transfers, food during event… We kindly ask for your understanding. This means that if your company is taking part in the CET 2025, you will automatically receive an invoice for this amount.
