- Minimum 10-meters long
- All types of driveline
- ‘Standard version’, not custom-made
- On a regular licence plate (not temporary)
Program
Vehicles will arrive in Székesfehérvár (about 1-1,5 hours away from Liszt Ferenc international airport, Budapest) on Monday (June 1st). Tuesday (June 2nd) morning will be dedicated to acceleration plus brake tests and photoshoots. The afternoon will start with feature the manufacturers’ presentations and there will be time for the vehicles’ walk around and Q&A session. Each manufacturer has 15 minutes for their slides and Q&A, and another 15 minutes for the walkaround. The following two days, Wednesday (June 3rd) and Thursday (June 4th), are reserved for the test drives.
Detailed program will follow. We will keep participants updated and share information about the hotels, venues, routes and everything else. Jury has to be provided with technical details of the bus including basic price and price of test vehicle.

Please confirm your participation before December 15th 2025, specifying the type of bus you will attend with to: Gianluca Ventura (Jury president, gventura@fiaccola.it), Sascha Böhnke (Jury vice-president, sascha.boehnke@tecvia.com) and Sándor Schermann (local representative, schermann@autoteszt.com).
As an independent jury we kindly ask participants for a small contribution of 2.000 Euros (to be paid by January 15th 2026) to help the jury cover organisational costs such as: rent of venues, transfers, food during event and much more. If your company is taking part in the BET 2026 ‘Intercity Edition’, you will automatically receive an invoice from the local organizer for this amount.

- Arrival of buses and manufacturers’ representatives in Székesfehérvár
- Arrival of some of the jury members
Tuesday, 2nd June
- Breakfast in the hotel
- Transfer to the test track
- Brake and acceleration testing
- Taking photos and videos of the buses
- Arrival of the rest of the jury
- Lunch
- Presentations of the sponsors & manufacturers
- Walk around each participating bus with detailed explanations
- Evening program with dinner, one of the test buses will be used as shuttle
Wednesday 3rd June
- Breakfast in the hotel
- Test drive in the western part of the country. We will follow the route of typical Hungarian intercity lines, starting from a larger city but then driving along small villages, hills with only marginal use of expressways. The total distance covered during the day will be around 300 kilometres.
- The jury has about 20 drivers, we will have multiple points along the route where we change drivers and stop to take pictures
- Lunch will be along the route
- Evening program with dinner, one of the test buses will be used as shuttle

- Breakfast in the hotel
